Only parcels matching the weight and size of the boxes can be redirected to AlzaBox
Maximum weight of a shipment for AlzaBox is 20 kg
Maximum shipment size is 43 x 33 x 57 cm
Maximum storage time is 7 calendar days

You will receive a text message or email with a PIN code before picking up your DHL Express shipment

On the AlzaBox, select the Collect tab and enter the PIN on the screen

The mailbox with your parcel will open, please close the mailbox after picking it up
